"Aakhiri Daao" is a crime thriller. Ravi, an expert locksmith is forced & blackmailed into breaking a safe by Sawan, a notorious criminal. When the police examine the safe they suspect Ravi, as they find his finger prints. To avoid any convictions, Ravi excapes to an isolated hill station, where he presumes the police will not be able to reach him. At this hill station Ravi finds love in a young rich woman named Reena, but when everything is going well for Ravi, his old enemy Sawan turns up at the scene with a stolen safe, threatning Ravi to open or he would reveal his true identity to the locals.
